^^ Ah, I see. It's great that he isn't in it for the money. He was actually playing near the entrance of Paradiso an hour before the concert! I missed it though.

Tim, Jason's manager said he wanted to do more intimate clubs on this European tour. He'll be playing at some lucky fan houses, too- he calls them "living room concerts". There are a few that've been uploaded to Archive.org that you could download. They're from around 1999/2000, but they're absolutely fantastic.

Ahh that's awesome, Matt! There's actually quite a lot of "living room concerts" where I live -- how could would it be if I could visit one??

It seems like he's going to be in the Netherlands for a while. He's playing at the North Sea Jazz festival tonight.

Ohh, and I heard he just went to the Vondelpark in Amsterdam to jam. How AWESOME is that? I'm starting to REALLY like this guy.

    So, obviously he's my husband.

Some new video blogs have rekindled my eagerness for a new album. Jason describes it as an ambitious soul/folk album for robots. By robots, I'm pretty sure he means the electronic kind...not consumers. I'm pretty stoked.

    NEW ALBUM TITLE:

"We Sing, We Dance, We Steal Things"

This Spring! I'm so stoked!!! The article is really long, but well worth the read if you're a Mraz fan. He talks about the past couple of years and how different the creative process was in comparison to "Rocket" and "MR.A-Z".

"I'm Yours" and "Live High" are two songs currently on the tracklisting.

GAAAAAAAAAAH. So much Jason goodness right now!!

"We Sing, We Dance, We Steal Things" RELEASE DATE: MAY 20

The first single is "I'm Yours"- you can listen to a clip here:

    http://www.amazon.com/Im-Yours/dp/B0...146026&sr=8-11

So far, I really like it. It's definitely go the reggae spirit that you feel when Jason performs it live, and I'm sure the rest of the song won't disappoint.

Here's what we know about the album so far:

So there are going to be 3 EP's released along with the album as well. One in March called We Sing, one is April called we dance and then a 3rd one in May called We Steal Things. Just wait till you hear all the details about the 3rd EP. It's going to be sooooo exciting.

Jason told me about the 3 EPs on Monday night. He is so excited about it all. All the pre-album releases will be acoustic versions of what is on the album.

About "Dynamo of Volition" - it will be faster and totally dance worthy. I know I will be shakin my ass hardcore. The album version is AH-MAAAAAAAAA-ZING!

PS: Mraz is tentatively hitting the Chicago area in the 2nd week of April.

I'm so happy for I'm Yours, but I have no idea how I feel about him making it a different version and sound.

Can't wait for the EPs and album!
