I watched it in 3D, it was amazing. To be honest though it was very long... but the production was absolutely amazing.

I saw it in 3D last week. I thought it was absolutely incredible. The underlying meanings sold me on it.

Avatar is now the highest grossing film of all time, beating Titanic.

Some say that it may just be because 3D films cost more to go see though.

That plus inflation over time. If you were to rank films by tickets sold, neither of the two would even make top 5 (if I remember correctly?).

    Either way <3333 for this!

According to industry tracker Box Office Mojo, if prices were adjusted for inflation, North America's biggest movie of all time would still be 1939's Gone With the Wind.

I just got home from seeing this with some friends in IMAX 3D.

AMAZING! My friend said the normal 3D and he said the IMAX is much, much better. The visuals were so awesome.

I wasn't instantly invested in the story, but once he started becoming part of their culture, I was hooked. My eyes welled up during some of the parts. By the end, I realized I hadn't moved for probably like 40 minutes because I was so captivated and involved in the story.

I kind of want to see it again before it leaves theaters because watching it at home isn't going to be the same.

Im so frustrated! One of the friends I went to go see it with (in 3D) who also thought the 3D sucked saw it again in Germany and said it worked fantastically So obviously we got stuck at some ghetto-ass theatre, paying proper 3D ticket prices to feel like we were watching the movie drunk

I wanna go see it in 3D again in hopes of it actually WORKING but I don't wanna risk it in case we get fucked again Then again, I also don't want to risk not being able to see it in all its 3D glory lol!
