Wink Anyone here know how to crochet?

I'm thinking of attempting to learn, I found some really awesome you tube videos... and someone taught me the basic "chain stitch" before... so I'm hoping I can do the double stitch. One of the ladies at work said she'd help me too.

I want to start out making a blanket. I know it won't be pretty, but you gotta start somewhere. I need a hobby

Anyone here crochet, or knit or anything else crafty?

Someone tried to teach me to knit, and I was such a tard. Crochet is coming easier to me though.. I'm still a tard, but not as bad

Aww I want to learn. I tried to, but my mom is left handed and I'm right so she could never teach me. One day I'll learn cause I wanna do some of the awesome things other people do.

OMG, wifey, I know how to crochet! And I'm not just saying that to get in your pants! Making people blankets is a fantastic, cheap gift, especially if their birthday is in the winter.

You will have to come to Kansas though for me to teach you. Or fly into Colorado & I will drive.

Do you really? I learned a little bit, but I couldn't get the tension stuff right and gave up. But I plan on trying again really soon!

@ get in my pants, I you!
