I wanna start working back out on Tuesday (tomorrow busy and Monday gone all day). My biggest thing is: We have NO healthy food in the house. And the food we do get that is "healthy"-it disappears within like 2 days-IF that. What would be a "normal portion" could last most people's house for like...2 weeks. Here it's 2 days. It's ridiculous. So it makes it hard when all you have are sandwiches, chips, um....hot pockets, pizza rolls....

But then again-working out now is better than not at all.

^I know allllll about that. I do good when I'm at work, I bring my food and I'm good. But at home they are always eating fast food or junk and it sucks. I know it's not an excuse, but it just makes it hard to resist temptations all the time.

I am looking forward to moving sometime by the end of this year... and I'm going to be living by myself. So I can do the shopping, and keep the junk out of the house... and know that I won't have someone sitting next to me eating a cheeseburger when I'm eating a salad. I've only been doing okay.. I still have about 8 pounds gone, but it should have been more by now. But I'm just gonna keep on trucking.

I think that's why I'm so eager to move: good healthy food, space, privacy, and cleanliness....

^Oh my gosh, you said it sister! That is what I want soooo bad! I can go grocery shopping, and pick out healthy stuff... but my skinny brother is over on the other side throwing in chips, donuts, etc. And again, I understand that *I* am responsible for myself, and that I should be able to not eat it... but every book you read on weight loss they tell you to clean up your surroundings. To get rid of the temptation so you don't have it. So I am looking forward to being able to control what is in my house, and have no distractions. And if I still can't succeed, then I truly have no one to blame but myself.

Ive lost a stone and two pounds since moving to wales. I think its due to the whole not going to the bar every night thing lolz! Also since I moved into my flat in Cardiff I have been using the gym for 45 minutes a day, skipping Sundays. I feel so much better for it!!

So I think I'm on day 6 of walking about 40 minutes on my little machine-guy-thing. My eating habits have been less then perfect, but I'm working on that next The exercise part doesn't bother me, it's the food stuff that is hard

Wowzers woman!! I am so proud of you!!

Your post couldn't have come at a better time, I was getting discouraged and wanting to give up, and I see your post and see how much hard work pays off if you just stick to it... My brother is even helping me, I'm trying to make a schedule I can stick to. I work 12 hour shifts, so I'm going to try to wake up earlier and start working out before work. When I get into a routine I typically do fine, but if I miss a couple days then I start to unravel and it all goes to crap *SIGHS* But Chary you inspire me

Are you close to your goal BB? You look FABULOUS. How long has it taken u to lose the 48?
