    I'm still hanging on... I went to Vegas for 4 days, and I did my BEST not to pig out LOLOL. I'm back home and I'm back on it, I'm hoping to lose about 2 pounds by the end of this week.... I'll let ya know

    i'm on this new diet where i don't eat anything and when i feel like i'm about to faint i eat a cube of cheese... i'm one stomach flu away from my goal weight size.

    ha, but in all seriousness i REALLY need to get motivated to go to the gym and put on some muscle... i'm kinda over my cocaine chic look =/

    hit an plateau, haven't really lost any pounds...

    solution? My girlfriend signed us up for Zumba fitness class so lets see if the "change up" in my routine will shock my body

    btw Im a horrible dancer so let see how that goes lol

    Today is day 2.. my friend (who unfortunately lives on the other side of the country) and I are going to track our calories on sparkpeople, also our exercise, and we are gonna report to each other at the end of each week. We are going to tell each other which days we went over our calories, and what we eat... when we didn't exercise and our weight each week. So I'm hoping the fact that I won't feel like I'm doing this on my own will be helpful. We want to see how much weight we can lose by the end of this year if we are consistent.
