    Wink Weight Loss - Exercise - Diet Thread x 2

    I absolutely loved hearing about everybody's progress, so here it is again!

    I'm still at 7 pounds weight loss.. went to Vegas and draaaaaaaaaaank like a crazy person... but now I'm home and hopefully back on track, yay!

    I miss the other thread so much , anyways... i'm 42 pounds less as of yesterday ! I'm still on it 5 months this 4th of July ! .

    What's everyone's current workout plans?

    I'm running for half an hour, doing the elliptical for a half hour, and then doing circuit training for a half an hour. I split it so that it's an hour in the gym at noon and then circuit training later in the evening. In between if there's time before class me and my friends either play some basketball or kick around a soccer ball for a while.

    I used to just do 45 minutes of running and some basketball but I've upped it to an hour and a half of exersice plus sport because my eating habits have been horrific as of the past two weeks. I think I'm going to stick to the 1.5hr thing because it feels great... Coupled with eating healthy again I'm feeling so good.

    i work out 6x a week with 3 days focusing on weights and other 3 days focusing on cardio

    Weight days take me about an hour to finish I use free weights for my upper and lower body and balance ball for my abs and cardio lasts me at least 50 minutes I do both treadmill (I always do hill intervals that bitch will murder you lol) and then I finish off on the epitical

    I stopped eating fast food and stuff thats why the weight came off
