    Lunch Ideas?

Ok so I am a pretty picky eater and I rarely have time to make anything interesting for lunch... but I am getting sooo sick of my usual lunches!!! I always bring like an apple or grapes, some carrots, those amaaaazing Quakers rice cake snacks (Mmmm the cheese and the caramel ones are so good!), and then a sandwich, usually ham & cheese, turkey, or PB & J on wheat bread.

But I'm getting so sick of those 3 sandwiches already. I try to eat healthy at lunch because I usually end up eating crappily after school, but the only meats I eat are really turkey, ham, and chicken. Also, I have very little time to make something time consuming the night before or that morning... sometimes my mom makes me a sandwich but it's hard for her to make much else using only one hand.

So if anyone has any good & healthy sandwich, wrap, or any other kind of lunch ideas, please share!!! One of my best friend's mom is a chef and I'm sick of looking at her delicious, elaborate lunches while I eat my lame one

A really simple and good snack I used to take to school was a small can (the easy open kind, of course!) of tuna salad (you know, it has mayo in it and some veggies) with some crackers. Its nothing exactly heavy but it tends to suffice for a school day

I'm weird about tuna... sometimes I'll eat it, sometimes I won't. What I like is they have the same thing but with chicken salad. So it's a little can of chicken meat, crackers and mayonaise and stuff. It was really hard for me to find though, I ended up finding them at wal-mart.

Yeah, I don't know what it is exactly, but I just CAN'T eat tuna. I don't eat any kind of seafood or fish at all.

But I WILL eat Chicken of the Sea, since you know, it's chicken.

What about pasta? You get loads of pasta things in little tubs ideal for lunch.
