Ok so I am a pretty picky eater and I rarely have time to make anything interesting for lunch... but I am getting sooo sick of my usual lunches!!! I always bring like an apple or grapes, some carrots, those amaaaazing Quakers rice cake snacks (Mmmm the cheese and the caramel ones are so good!), and then a sandwich, usually ham & cheese, turkey, or PB & J on wheat bread.
But I'm getting so sick of those 3 sandwiches already. I try to eat healthy at lunch because I usually end up eating crappily after school, but the only meats I eat are really turkey, ham, and chicken. Also, I have very little time to make something time consuming the night before or that morning... sometimes my mom makes me a sandwich but it's hard for her to make much else using only one hand.
So if anyone has any good & healthy sandwich, wrap, or any other kind of lunch ideas, please share!!! One of my best friend's mom is a chef and I'm sick of looking at her delicious, elaborate lunches while I eat my lame one
