    What's your workout routine?

    Just wondering!

When I get to the gym I stretch for about ten minutes, and do some basic breathing exercises.

Then I usually do cardio for 45 minutes in 15 minute intervals. Usually treadmill - bike - treadmill.

In between cardio workouts I either work on my arms, chest, back, or stomach.

    I don't do much, haha.

Every other day I run 2 miles. I just started running a few months ago so hopefully once I get my time down a little more, I can start running 3 miles.

I used to do some lifting too, but then I stopped about the time I started running, haha. I'm actually planning on lifting some weights again tonight so hopefully I can pick that habit up again!

I haven't started yet, but I know what I want when my tattoo heals:

    10 minute stretch
    15 minute walk on tredmill
    10 minute run
    5 minute slow down
Do about 25 reps (just beginning) on weights on several machines
    Go back to walk/run/slow down
    Stretch
    Shower.
    Leave.

I cannot wait until my ish heals. So annoying.

I've been slacking because I have to take this class and do all this studying for work, and that will last through November. BUT normally, I teach my class on Saturdays, so that's an hour of dance, and I do weights on Mondays and Thursdays for an hour, Spinning on Tuesdays for an hour, and on Wednesdays I do an hour of CRAZY aerobics, and an hour of stretching.... For now, since I have so much studying, the goal is to get in 3 days a week.

During soccer season I don't do anything besides our practices, which vary a lot. But to get ready for track, I run anywhere from 3-6 miles a day with usually like one day a week off, and then I try to do light weight training and I have an ab regimen I always do. I'm currently trying to get back into doing my ab and arm workouts even though it's still soccer season because I've been PIGGING out more than we've been working at soccer, so I've put on a little bit more belly fat than I'd like and my arms are less toned.

I'm really anal about being in shape.

When I'm at home working with my personal trainer I do 30 minutes on the treadmill (I walk for about 15 then jog for the other 15), then an hour working out with weights, and then I go back and do 15 minutes on the elliptical, 15 minutes on the bike, and then another 15 minutes on the elliptical. I do that about 4 times a week and I'll jog the other days.

While I'm at school I don't have the time or energy to commit to a trainer so I just go jogging with my friend every other day. We jog for 3 and a half miles - it usually takes us about 35-ish minutes. It's going to get very cold very soon though so I'm gonna have to start going to the gym.
