^ You probably just have a bad stomach. I do too. I throw up and feel nauseous for no reason once in a while. I know I'm not allergic to anything.

I have something called celiac disease, which is basically a major gluten intolerance. I'm not supposed to eat anything that has wheat proteins in it. That includes bread, pasta, pizza, and some random things like Oreos and Twizzlers.. and that's just to name a few. I can actually get away with eating these things in moderation (like once in a blue moon), but if I were to eat them everyday.. let's just say it wouldn't be pretty.

Oh honey that sucks. Real bad. I couldn't survive without my bread and pasta.

Neither could I! Luckily, they make gluten free pasta. It's expensive, but it's SO good and I can actually eat it!

Yeah I actually have issues like that too! My stomach is verrrry sensitive, I have to be really careful about what and when I eat things. For example, I can only have a really small breakfast or I can have a bigger one if I've been up for like an hour, but otherwise I get terrible stomach aches and cramps. Similarly, I have to stop eating at least an hour before I run, play soccer, etc. or else my stomach hurts realllly bad and I get terrible cramps while I'm playing. And there are certain dinners that always do it to me too.

My parents both have weak stomachs too so I guess it makes sense. I rarely get really nauseous or anything... I just get bad stomach aches/cramps and then I have to... go lol.

    Yogurt.

I get upset stomachs quite a bit; nothing serious, but it is annoying.

    Wink

I used to have a problem with my stomach before and anytime I'd eat something dairy I'd feel like throwing up afterwards. Thankfully I'm back to normal now, and well really... I don't know, I have never really felt sick after eating anything...

Oh yeah I'm kinda the same except eating too early doesn't give me cramps I just physically can't eat it! Sometimes I can't eat cos I'm so thirsty but no amount of drink helps! It's weird

I'm with you ale. I have a EXTREMELY sensitive stomach in the morning. Other times it's okay, but in the morning it's killer!
