I have been obsessed with this show for the past 2 weeks. I've been so busy though so I've only been able to fit in an episode every couple of days, but if I don't, I start getting withdrawals, hahaha. I am loving this so, so much. I have 3 more episodes to go... must get them over with before Sunday!

Finally caught up, wooo!

True Blood is actually shaping up to be one of my favorite shows ever. I love everything about it. It's perfect.

Who else is incredibly intrigued by Maryanne? I'm not gonna lie, I tried to spoil myself and research the character on the Internet but I couldn't find anything about her. I WANT TO KNOW WHAT SHE IS!

Also, Jessica's character had so much potential but she's gotten way annoying very fast. I hope they change it up for her because I think she could be an interesting addition to the story if she'd stop being such a loser.

Tara continues to own my life. Whoever the actress that plays her is... She's amazing, and I'm surprised she hadn't been really discovered before this.

I had forgotten how GRAPHIC some of the scenes could be.
And yup, Maryanne is shaping up to be amazing! Just what the fuck is she exactly? And what does she want with Tara? And that guy who was in Desperate Housewives, what's his deal?

I loved it when Maryanne met Tara's Mum:

'I had always wondered what it would be like to gaze into the eyes of someone who is completely void of compassion'

Looks like HBO finally has a new Sopranos on their hands!

The second season premiere of True Blood on Sunday night was the highest rated program for the premium cable network since the finale of The Sopranos.

According to the Nielson ratings, 3.7 million viewers tuned in to True Blood on Sunday!

Wow!

The ratings are up 157% from the first season's premiere and up 51% than last season's finale.

Sounds like HBO snagged a winner!
