So I totally think I'm going back on these pills. My brother will get mad so I can't tell him. Like I said before, I don't so much believe THEY really do much, but it keeps me from eating crap cause it scares me. I either need those or a 'food slapper' to go around with me all day and say 'don't eat that.' My brother always says 'don't you have self control' to which I always reply 'if I did I wouldn't be fat in the first place'. hahahaha.

Girl, just take appetite suppressant pills. I never took them, but I bet they're better than Alli.

So I was totally looking up diet pills and food surpressants to help with my weight loss (like to get more) and I read Alli makes you poop literal chunks of fat...and have smelly gas and etc. :-/ Yuck!

Alli is the fat blocker, right?
So I guess the fat that doesn't get absorbed has to go somewhere!
They can't be that good for you though :/
I guess they are an OK tool to use as you learn to control your appetite & diet. My fear with pills like these, is that people won't change their eating habits and grow dependent on them. And that if they were to stop taking them, they will just gain the weight back as they haven't changed any of their habbits!

Basically, if you eat healthy and take the Alli, I really don't think it does much (not that you can notice), it is supposed to block some fat. But if you eat something high in fat like a cheeseburger it makes you extremely sick (the things you mentioned EW).
