    Alli Diet

Has anyone tried this yet? It's been out for about a year now, it's pills that help block fat (you buy them at Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, etc) from what you eat and helps you lose weight with a regular diet (watching what you eat, exercise, etc) I've been on it for a week now and I've read a lot of BAD reviews (it makes you have bowel movements) saying you get the runs, etc. lol, that hasn't happened to me..I think it's bullshit but whatever. I feel as if I have lost a few pounds already..but I haven't checked. My sister in law has been on it for awhile and she dropped tons of weight. I wanna lose about 25..since I've already lost 55 from my last diet.

My mom's friend had success with it, but you have to be REALLY careful about what you eat because it basically makes you eject anything really fatty you eat, in the form of diarreaha... so you really can't cheat at all. But yeah, she lost the 10 or so pounds she wanted to lose pretty quickly.

The Alli thing basically make you eject the fat in the form of slimy yellow poop several times a day. Not worth it, if you ask me.

I didn't buy it b/c of all the reviews I read about it. Right now I'm trying Lipozene...

I've tried it, but I stopped. I never had the horrible reaction, but I never cheated and had anything really fatty either. I just think the only thing that pill actually did for me was scare me into cheating on my diet Which is the only reason I lost any weight from being on it But that's just me. I knew another person who was on it and it was working, but they had a horrible reaction to it once, and stopped haha.

I've never tried any pills to lose weight, I wanted to lose weight, so I worked out a lot, and adopted a better diet.

Amen sister! That's the truth. my friends, friend had a six dollar burger from carl's jr, and had to RUN to the bathroom before they even finished.

How are you doing on it though love?

I did that, for a year. and lost 55 almost 60 pounds, but after you work out, and all that for so long your body takes forever to lose the last pounds. Ask anyone. that's why I'm taking Alli.

I'm alright, I don't see any quick results so far and it's been 3 weeks but I'm gonna keep taking it.

Well let me know how it goes! I honestly didn't stay on it long enough to really say... so that's why I want to see how it goes for you.. and maybe I'll get back on it. For me though, it was a HUGE reminder not to eat bad stuff, which is what I need haha
