I lost a lot of weight when I became a vegetarian and stopped putting sugar on my coffee.

I also go running everyday for 30 mins after I eat breakfast.

It's very important that you eat breakfast, limit the consumption of sodas.

I'm your same weight Alex and I'm 5'11, and I want to be 170 pounds. by August when I have to start college.

I've been using this summer to really get in shape.

I train with a personal trainer 3 times a week for 2 hours and jog on the days I don't go see him. Eating-wise it's been healthy - boiled eggs for breakfast and then either salads or grilled meats for lunch and dinner... I keep it fresh.

I've lost 22 lbs in a month which isn't bad.

    How is everyone doing?

I'm down 47 lbs since mid-May which is weird because I stopped training with my personal trainer and went back to eating semi-normally after the 30lb mark (which was my summer's goal), but I keep losing weight even though I'm not doing anything. Not that I'm complaining - I want to lose more weight than I had originally set because I'm afraid I'm going to put some back on when I get back to school and don't have the luxury of spending the day swimming and having someone making all my meals for me.

Thats really awesome.. Well I wanted to do a diet, but I only have time at night and then I am tired from the work.

I still want to loose weight, get more muscle and look awesome.

Okay so an update: pushed back until mid-September. I'm not allowed to work out after eye surgery

Probably because you jump-started your metabolism from the working out and muscle burns fat too
